Melbourne, Australia, 20 December, 2017: Australian metal additive manufacturing company, Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT) (“Titomic” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce it has entered into a collaboration with mining and oil & gas engineering services company, Callidus Welding Solutions Pty Ltd (“Callidus”), part of the Callidus Group, to start in February 2018.
The agreement establishes a strategic alliance with the intention to incorporate Titomic Kinetic Fusion process to provide rapid additive manufacturing of Callidus’s product development range which will give Callidus a competitive edge by delivering first in market solutions.
The first project will be to make prototype parts that meet Callidus’s target performance requirements for the mining and oil & gas industries. This work will take place at Titomic’s new manufacturing facility in Melbourne, which is on schedule for completion in Q1 CY2018.
